For the 15th time since 1997, the Joint Conference Church and Development (GKKE) is publishing its arms exports report. This report is written by the GKKE-expert group on arms exports, which is made up of experts from research institutes, the church peace and development cooperation and non-governmental organizations. The report collects publicly available information on German arms exports and their respective licenses of the previous year (2010) and evaluates the arms exports policy against the background of peace, security and development policy.
