Kelly has been engaging people with research since 2021. Before joining bicc, she managed the communication activities for several international research projects. In her early career, she coordinated programs for nonprofit organisations dedicated to social justice for youth from disadvantaged backgrounds. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Sacramento and studied Applied Linguistics at the University of Bonn. She loves exploring new ideas and places through reading, traveling, meeting new people and by giving speeches at the local public speaking club.
